General Responsibilities of Monitors and Administrators of the Fathers and Families Facebook Page

Monitors and administrators have the responsibility to read, understand and adhere to the most current published Fathers and Families” Facebook Posting Policies and Rules. Administrators may also be monitors.

Monitors read and review ALL news feeds, wall posts, pictures, links, discussions and comments during their assigned monitoring time to ensure that each falls within the guidelines established and represents the positive spirit on which Fathers and Families operates.

Monitors are to report all violations of the Fathers and Families Facebook policies and rules to moderator@fathersandfamilies.org immediately and provide the name of the violator and the content of the violation.

Those posting to the Fathers and Families Facebook page are also instructed to email the administrator on duty at moderator@fathersandfamilies.org with any comments or concerns about posts they do not feel adhere to the most current published Fathers and Families” Facebook Posting Policies and Rules.

Upon receiving notification of content in violation of Fathers and Families Facebook Policies and Rules, the administrator will review that content immediately. After review, the administrator then has the sole discretion to deem any content to be in violation, remove such content from the Facebook page, contact Facebook authorities with information on any material that is in violation of its own rules, and/or ban the violator from further posting.

After an offending post has been removed, an administrator should note and record the name of the violator and the content posted in violation. The administrator will inform the violator through Facebook that the information has been removed.

Each Monitor and Administrator should keep a log of all violations and report the individual and the content of such violation to moderator@fathersandfamilies.org as soon as possible. All violation records will be held by the F & F staff.
