Why I Give to Fathers & Families

Fathers & Families supporter John Smith with his daughter Rachel, age 9.

I give to Fathers & Families because I believe our kids need their fathers, just like they need their mothers.

My daughter is the best thing in my life, and always has been. She’s brilliant and beautiful (though I admit that I might be a little biased).

While I’m not allowed much time with Rachel, I treasure the time we do have together, and I will forever regret that we couldn’t have had more time together.

The system needs to change. I give to Fathers & Families because they’re making change. I can’t often give as much as I would like, but I always make it a point to give.—John Smith

F & F is creating real, tangible family court reform today—to learn more about what Fathers & Families is achieving, see our accomplishments page here.

Last year 40% of our contributors were first-time givers, a remarkable achievement in the nonprofit world, particularly in light of the recession.

They say “money is the mother’s milk of politics.” Fathers & Families could do much more with more funding–give to the organization which fights for you by clicking here.

Together with you in the love of our children,
