Parental Alienation is a horrible scourge, and we are fighting it. In fact, in 2007 and 2009 the California legislature considered AB 612, which would have prevented target parents of PA from citing Parental Alienation in court. Both times Fathers & Families’ legislative representative helped build a professional coalition to scuttle AB 612, but we expect a similar bill to be introduced in February.
