Iowa’s The Messenger highlights National Parents Organization’s Shared Parenting Report Card

The Nov. 15, 2014, story “Iowa ranks well in National Parents Organization assessment” in the Fort Dodge, Iowa, daily newspaper The Messenger highlights National Parents Organization’s Shared Parenting Report Card.

The story reports on Iowa’s report card grade of a B- in addition to the national results.

In the story, National Parents Organization Founder and Board Chair Ned Holstein, M.D., M.S., was quoted as saying that the report shows "that many states are not only discouraging shared parenting, but they are also depriving children of what they benefit from most — ample time with both of their parents — while also enabling a system that fosters parental inequality."
