My recent His Side with Glenn Sacks radio commentary for KLAA AM 830 in Los Angeles discusses the Jorge C. case. In that case, Jorge C.’s baby was put up for adoption against his will even though, in the words of one judge, “[the father] did everything one would hope a man in his position would do.’ The judge added that the mother had “committed outrageous lies.”
